The ships of MSC-Beryl-type count to ULCS container ships.

The series was in August 2007 by the Athens owned and operated by Niki Shipping in order and delivered by end of 2009 to 2012 by which in Changwon, South Korea-based shipyard STX offshore & shipbuilding company. Originally were given to nine ships of the type in order, ultimately only seven units were built. The ships used by the Mediterranean shipping company from Geneva.
