Container ship Hanjin Miami reported Master overboard at 1400 UTC May 15 in position 07 21N 075 01E, Laccadive sea, some 150 nm west of southern tip of Hindostan peninsula. A large-scale SAR was launched, involving Hanjin Miami, vessels in the area and Indian SAR. Regretfully, he wasn’t found, SAR was called off after 77 hours of search, reported manager of the vessel, NSB. Hanjin Miami resumed voyage to Suez.
