Boxship NYK Olypmus suffered blackout on Elbe shortly after leaving Hamburg at around 2100 LT July 3. Vessel dropped an anchor at buoy 116 and hampered cruise liner MSC Splendid sailing. Boxship afterwards was towed by two tugs to safety.
