Heavy lift vessel Lena J collided with Bridge 19 in Welland Canal in Port Colborne area, Canada, Lake Erie, at around 1200 LT Sep 30, reported Great Lakes and Seaway Shipping. Vessel was en route from Montreal to Colborne. Both vessel and bridge suffered damages, extent unknown. Canal traffic was closed for several hours. Lena J was docked in Colborne, at 0400 UTC Oct 1 she was in the same position.
