FRISIA II grounding

Passenger ro-ro vessel FRISIA II ran aground in the morning Jan 5 between Juist and Norddeich, East Frisia, Germany, North Sea, with 650 passengers on board. Ferry understood to be refloated at around 1900 LT same day. Grounding reportedly was caused by low water levels due to strong eastern winds.
