Car carrier ELBE HIGHWAY reported to sufer slight damage in allision with pier in Emden, in the evening Jan 28, while leaving the port. Vessel was leaving port in rough weather, with strong wind gusts. The tug wasn’t able to prevent collision. Pier also reported to suffer damages. Vessel left Emden on the same day.
