LPG tanker LUKE suffered steering failure while leaving Huelva on Feb 2, and nearly missed collision with another tanker. LUKE with the help of a tug was taken to outer road. Inspection found detainable deficiencies, vessel was detained and released on Feb 5, after crew fixed deficiencies. Vessel left Huelva on Feb 5, bound for Laayoune, Western Sahara.
