RIX EMERALD vs. ARKLOW BREEZE, drunk Russian Master

General cargo vessel RIX EMERALD allided with docked general cargo vessel ARKLOW BREEZE in Brunsbuettel Elbe port on June 2, while maneuvering. Both vessels and pier suffered slight damages. Police checked RIX EMERALD, and found Russian Master of the vessel to be under intoxication. Security fee of 3,000 euro was to be deposited, vessel was banned from leaving port. As of afternoon June 3, RIX EMERALD was at anchor on Elbe river, Brunsbuettel. Understood Master is to be replaced.
