Russia-printed money delivered to Aden by Russian cargo ship

According to Yemeni sources, Russian freighter NAVI SKY arrived at Aden port with cargo of Yemeni banknotes printed in Russia. General cargo ship NAVI SKY arrived at Aden on Nov 4 and was taken to berth, she started journey on Oct 12 from S-Petersburg, Russia, transiting Kiel Canal and Suez Canal. Yemeni government was eagerly awaiting this shipment of cash, to pay governmental employees. This shipment is said to be second. Money can’t be sent by air, because airways are blocked.
Comment: Aden understood to be under control of internationally recognized and backed by Saudi-led Coalition Yemen Government. Houthi rebels are supported by China, Russia and Iran. Russia is printing money for Yemen Government by one hand, and is supporting Houthi by another?
