Grounded Japanese Handymax bulk carrier blocked Port of Santos

Bulk carrier KOUROUPI ran aground on a fairway at Santos Estuary, Brazil, while leaving Santos, at around 0200 UTC Nov 11, obviously after being disabled by some kind of failure. Bulk carrier blocked fairway, i.e. all of Port of Santos traffick, but luckily, she was refloated some tow hours after grounding, and taken back to port. She was berthed for survey and investigation. As of 1530 UTC Nov 11, she remained in the same position.
