Russian cargo ship beached by storm, abandoned

Russian cargo ship NEFTERUDOVOZ 29M in the morning Nov 21 dragged anchor on Bartin anchorage Turkey Black sea coast, in stormy weather, and drifted aground, according to AIS track. The ship arrived at Bartin from Rostov, Russia, with cargo of steel. Master issued distress signal, 6 crew were evacuated by helicopter. Condition of the ship unknown, AIS signal was missing during more than 4 hours, as of 1000 UTC Nov 21.
