Offshore supply tug SCI RATNA sank at around 1930 LT Nov 21 in Arabian sea, some 90 nm west of Mumbai, after her engine room was flooded. Tug reported water ingress at 1730 LT. 16 crew were rescued by another offshore ship nearby, all are safe.
