Freighter disabled in Kerch Strait

General cargo ship SEA TRADER suffered steering failure while leaving Kavkaz port, Russia, Kerch Strait, at 1502 Moscow time Nov 27. Three tugs were deployed to assist disabled ship, which switched to emergency steering, and at 1630 she was brought to anchor on Kavkaz port anchorage. As of 1500 UTC Nov 28, the ship was still at anchor, fixing steering problem.
