Freighter pushed aground by storm, Philippines

General cargo ship CRYSTAL BAY ran aground on northwest coast of Luzon island, Philippines, South China sea, in the morning Apr 7, while en route from Port Klang Malaysia to Niigata Japan. Reportedly the ship while trying to shelter from storm, and was pushed aground in Barangay Pantoc area. As of 1500 UTC Apr 7, status and condition of CRYSTAL BAY are unknown.
