Cruise ship STAR PRIDE disabled at Buzzards Bay

Cruise ship STAR PRIDE reported being disabled after loss of power to USCG at around 1920 UTC Sep 7 in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts, USA. The crew brought STAR PRIDE to anchor outside channel. It was decided to take her to Newport for inspection, while reportedly, power was already regained by 2100 UTC. As of 0300 UTC Sep 8, the ship, escorted by or under tow, of two tugs, was approaching Newport. She’s to resumed voyage after inspection at Newport.
