Maersk mega container ship disabled by fire, anchored, Portugal

Container ship MAERSK ELBA according to Portugal Maritime Authorities, suffered fire in engine room off southern Portugal, in the morning Dec 26, while en route from Sri Lanka via Suez, to Felixstowe UK, and contacted MRCC Lisbon. The ship is disabled after fire, she was anchored off Sagres, to carry out repairs. Probably, she was towed to anchorage, it is not clear. As of 1630 UTC Dec 26, she was still at anchor. No injures reported, understood crew will complete repairs and the ship will resume voyage.
