The new "ROTTERDAM" of the "Holland America Line" in Trieste

The "ROTTERDAM" arrived today at the "ARSENALE TRIESTINO SAN MARCO".

Last ship of the "Pinnacle-class" launched by Fincantieri in Marghera (Venice) 1 October 2020.

The transfer was made to complete the hull and the interior fittings in the dock.

Following the sale of the Rotterdam IMO 9122552 in 1997 (now "BOREALIS") , the name change of the ship under construction from Ryndam to "ROTTERDAM" was announced on 31 July 2020.

"ROTTERDAM" is the third of the "Pinnacle-class", joins the twins "KONINGSDAM" and the "NIEUW STATENDAM", also built by Fincantieri Marghera (VE) Italy
