The two people who have very sadly passed away are not NSSM crew, they are riding personnel.
The cause of the sad incident is still unknown.
Two Indian seamen, crew members of chemical tanker NORD MAGIC anchored at Chittagong Anchorage, died at night Jun 17, while checking empty cargo tank, say local sources. They’ve been taken to hospital, and declared dead on arrival. Probably they died from asphyxiation. Tanker arrived at Chittagong on Jun 15, probably in ballast, after offloading cargo of soybean oil. 25 crew includes 21 Indian nationalities, 2 Filipino, 1 Danish and 1 Lithuanian.
